Villa Swimming Pool & Water Storage

In villa projects, a mini SPA consisting of at least one outdoor or indoor pool, sauna, steam room or Turkish bath is now a must for villa projects. In our Sapanca/Kocaeli project, an outdoor swimming pool is also included in the project. The pool is located in a large and green garden. When you enter the pool, you can swim while watching the view of Lake Sapanca at the end of a wide green forest.

This pool has a conventional chlorine pH disinfection system. The pool interior is covered with 5x5 porcelain coating, and the pool surroundings are furnished with porcelain handles and porcelain non-slip.
