Swimming Pool

In residence projects, a mini SPA consisting of at least one outdoor or indoor pool, sauna, steam room or Turkish bath is now a must for residence projects. In our Izmir project, an outdoor swimming pool has also been included in the project. This pool is a ready-made precast pool installed with the Panel-Liner system. This type of prefabricated pools, called Panel-Liner, are preferred due to the fact that they do not require a license, have low installation costs and short manufacturing times. Their cost is 50% lower than classic reinforced concrete pools and their manufacturing time is 1/5 of that of classic pools.

The prefabricated pool installed in Rize province is the pool of a housing estate located on the Black Sea coast. The pool walls are steel panels, the interior is covered with blue PVC membrane. The pool circulation system is a skimmer system.
