The “residences” that will be built as mass housing are now being designed in a way that will meet the general needs of the people living there. In such residences site, attention is paid to the existence of living elements such as fitness areas, SPA areas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ponds&lagoons, children’s playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, barbecue areas, pergolas… In our Bahçesaray project, an indoor swimming pool and SPA area are also included in the project
