Residence Sauna

Turn-key Sauna Construction

Residence Sauna

In villa projects, a mini SPA consisting of at least one outdoor or indoor pool, sauna, steam room or Turkish bath is now a must for villa projects. In our Azerbaijan project, an sauna has also been included in the project.

Sauna therapy, which can be called “Hot Dry Bath”, is especially widespread in the northern Scandinavian countries. It is a type of relaxing exercise cure based on staying in a wooden room with low humidity at high temperatures for a certain period of time. With high temperature and low humidity, blood circulation accelerates, the body sweats intensely, toxins in the body are expelled, the body becomes lighter, and as a result, mental relaxation is also achieved. This cure helps to reduce pain in the body and relieve stress. In Scandinavian countries, massage with birch leaves is an integral part of the sauna cure.

The sauna in our Malatya project was built in a private villa. Since the villa owner requested Turkish motifs in the sauna design, the sauna front glass door and glass wall were manufactured with a Seljuk star pattern. An Ottoman tile panel was added to the sauna wall.
