In SPA center, Wellness, Hotel and Facility projects, a mini SPA consisting of at least one outdoor or indoor pool, sauna and steam room or Turkish bath is now a must for Villa projects.
Steam room has also been included in our Turkmenistan project.
Steam therapy, which can be called “Wet Bath”, is a type of relaxing exercise cure based on staying in a room with very high humidity for a certain period of time at medium temperature. High humidity is provided by dense live water vapor. With very high humidity and medium bath temperature, blood circulation accelerates, the body sweats intensely, toxins in the body are expelled, the body becomes lighter, and as a result, mental relaxation is also provided. This cure helps to reduce pain in the body and relieve stress.
The steam room in our Turkmenistan project was built for soldiers in a military facility..
