Hydrotherapy Pool Project

The healing power of water has been known since ancient times and water is a true source of healing for living things. “Hydrotherapy”, which means therapy with water, is a treatment method frequently used in the treatment of pain related to muscle disorders, in the elimination of joint disorders, and in the treatment cures related to rheumatism diseases. It has been proven that regular exercises in water strengthen the muscle, heart and vascular system and treat circulatory system disorders. Hydrotherapy pools are generally pools with a water temperature above 30oC. Physical therapy centers and rehabilitation centers definitely have a hydrotherapy pool.

The Hydrotherapy Pool located in the Turkmenistan Olympic Village was also designed for this purpose. This pool is intended to be used for the treatment of injured athletes. There are also gymnastic bars in the pool for this purpose.
