Automatic Backwashing Valve

Automatic Backwash Valve (BESGO) is a very useful system in the pool system with its features such as extraordinary reliability, operation at low pressure and switching to backwash without stopping the pump.

Besgo automatic valves are pneumatic valves. They work with water or air pressure (actuator source). Actuator working pressures should be between 3.5-6 bar.

• The automatic backwash valve is opened by water pressure and dosed by the pressure of a an actuator. In the event of a power outage or other problem, the Besgo valve automatically switches itself to filter mode and prevents the pool from being drained unintentionally.
  

• There is no need to stop the filter pump when it is desired to switch to backwashing.
  

• It needs low pressure. This feature provides virtually pressure-free backwashing.

If the piping system is not parallel to the unit, the connection unions can be rotated 90 degrees. It also provides +4 degrees finer adjustment. This guarantees tension-free installation. As an advantage of this feature, we can say that it is possible to adjust it at any time.

Installation

Besgo valves must be attached to the wall on site using pipe clamps. In the automatic backwash system, all connections can be glued to the outside.

Connections to the automatic backwash valve must be made using threaded connections or flanges and must be installed free of any tension.

Connection can be made to the filter for DN40/DN50/DN65.

BESGO can also be mounted on the wall.,
